Top-100 lists, voted by people who actually care.
Every list on One100s ranks its items by community votes — one upvote or downvote per member, one number that determines the order. The rankings are live: cast a vote and the list re-orders within seconds. There’s no editorial override, no SEO-spam listicle, no affiliate-stuffed top-10 written by an AI in 2019.
You’re looking at the index. Sort by Hot to see lists receiving the most votes in the last 24 hours, Live for lists with a vote in the last 5 minutes, Fresh for new lists already drawing interest, or Rising for the highest vote-per-item velocity. Filter by category to narrow to your niche — cars, audio, tech, gaming, food, travel, books, watches, and more.
Each list is curated by an enthusiast, then voted by the community. Submit your own list at /submit — admins review within 48 hours. Want to influence what makes these rankings? Sign up free and start voting.
How are the rankings calculated?
Each list ranks its items by a single number: upvotes minus downvotes. One vote per member per item. You can change your vote any time, and the list re-orders live. There's no editorial override on the ranking itself — admins curate which lists exist, the community decides where each item lands.
What does "Hot" mean?
Hot lists are the ones receiving the most votes in the last 24 hours, relative to the rest of the site. The threshold adapts to traffic — on a quiet site, the busiest few lists are Hot; on a busy site, "Hot" means a flood. Live, Rising, and Fresh are similar at-a-glance signals: Live = vote in the last 5 minutes; Rising = high vote velocity for its size; Fresh = new list that's already drawing interest.
Can I submit my own list?
Yes. Sign up (free, takes 30 seconds) and head to Submit. You can suggest a new top-100 in any category, or add an item to an existing list. Admins review submissions within 48 hours. Approved lists go live and start collecting votes immediately.
Why community-voted instead of editor-picked?
Editor-picked top-100s become stale. Search results for "best espresso machines" are dominated by listicles written for SEO and never updated. Community votes are noisy in the short term but converge on real consensus over time, and the rankings actually move when something better comes along.
Do you sell data or run sponsored lists?
No. We never sell user data, and there are no sponsored lists or paid placements. The only thing on the page that's monetized (eventually) is affiliate links on item external URLs, clearly labeled when present. The voting is and will stay independent.
